Payments

All orders come with receipt with total payed and showing VAT at UK standard rate 17.5%

payments accepted are paypal account or credit/debit card via paypal {no account needed}

Any order {apart from preorders} not payed for within 24hours from placing order will be cancelled and put back into stock for resale.

For preordered items coming soon payment required by midday friday before release date to secure order and for despatching before released in the shops.

Delivery

All orders will be despatched within 24 hours monday to friday unless a preorder.

UK orders

sent via royalmail business post. orders over £25.00 are sent via recorded delivery.Large bulky items will be sent via parcelforce so some items may need signing for. 

We do offer a nextday working day service for a extra £5.99 orders placed before 2:30PM

This service does not guarantee a Saturday delivery if ordered on Friday.

Overseas orders

Sent via AIRMAIL but if you wish to upgrade to international signed for please add £4.50.

Orders over £40.00 are sent via international signed for and will come with tracking

In all cases we only despatch to addresses given with payment and can not be changed after payment is made and will need to provide a contact phone number with payment.

Returns

If your purchase happens to be faulty please e/mail us via sales@gamingexpress.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of order and explain the problem, item purchased and date of purchase and we will work with you to solve the problem if no solution can be made we will inform you how to return to us.

If item was purchased by mistake or any othe reason apart from faulty first e/mail us via
sales@gamingexpress.com within 7 days of receipt of order and we will refund purchase price as long as it is unopened with original packaging and undamaged once returned to us and explain when order was placed.

In all cases please e/mail us first via 
sales@gamingexpress.co.uk before returning item {buyer resposible for return}.

If item is not recieved in post we can not take any action untill 15 working days {3 weeks} have passed since despatch but we will replace item first if in stock before we offer refund.

Any orders returned to us after attepted delivery has been made will incure additional postal costs to resend and if cancelled our P P costs will not be refunded.
